Message from the President of Renacer Boliviano

With great honor and deep respect, I send warm greetings on behalf of Renacer Boliviano to all those who, in one way or another, are part of this great family: active members, Dance Troupe performers, associate members, and volunteers. To each of you, thank you for your commitment, passion, and dedication.

I also extend a fraternal embrace to our fellow Bolivians living in Chicago, on this meaningful day as we celebrate the independence of our beloved Bolivia.

We know that living far from our homeland is not easy. Being away from our roots, our families, and our childhood and lifelong friends involves constant sacrifice. Distance challenges us to stay strong, to keep our identity alive, and to pass on our customs and traditions to the new generations born outside Bolivia.

Our country is rich in history, culture, and ancestral heritage. This is a perfect time to proudly reaffirm our Bolivian identity, to reflect on our journey as a community abroad, and to look ahead to a future of unity, growth, and hope.

Today, more than ever, we proudly celebrate the bicentennial of Bolivia’s independence. We remember with gratitude the heroes and heroines who fought for the freedom and sovereignty of our nation, and we renew our commitment to honor their legacy.
